one thing, a confirmation email says another and live help ties you up
for 3 hours and solves nothing. A 28 day wait for goods is not
uncommon and you may not be able to cancel the order!! |
Sears has the worst customer relations I
have ever encountered. Even at the corporate level, no one seems to
care. Once they have your money, you can forget about service. |
