program for women. It lasts 12 weeks and helps participants gradually
increase their physical activity levels to 30 minutes on most days of the
week, a level shown to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Our Just Move program helps you keep track of your progress
online. This content area features health, heart and fitness information
as well as FAQs and health facts. It also has an Exercise Diary to help
you keep track of your activity.
